In Loving Memory of Ori Danino z”l

Supporting Camp Simcha in His Honor

 

We are honored to dedicate this page in loving memory of Ori Danino z”l, a 24-year-old Israeli hostage who was tragically murdered in captivity by Hamas terrorists in Gaza. Ori was kidnapped from the Nova Music Festival on October 7th and, like so many, became a symbol of the light and life stolen far too soon. Ori was a son, a brother, a friend — full of life, energy, and kindness. Even in his absence, Ori continues to shine through the people who carry his memory forward.

This year, Ori’s mother — a woman of extraordinary strength — is joining us at TourDeSimcha.

Her presence is a powerful reminder that behind every headline is a real family, a real story, and the strength that it takes to keep going just like our Camp Simcha Warriors. She came to Camp Simcha to draw strength from the courage of our children and she left inspired. Now, she’s choosing to join us: To honor Ori, to stand with children fighting illness, and to bring a message of hope and unity to the world.
